General Conditions of Sale

 
 
ENROLMENT :
When you enrol for one of our treks or stays that means thatyou accept our general conditions. Each enrolment form must be filled in and signed by the participant before being returned with a 30% deposit to Sabria Randonnees. The receipt of the said deposit only ensures a reservation if places are still available. When the reservation has been accepted, then the balance must be paid 30 days before the departure date. In the case of enrolment less than 30 days before departure the total price for the trip must be paid at the moment of reservation.
CANCELLATION :
 Any cancellation must be sent to us by registered post with a delivery receipt. The amount that will be retained by Sabria Randonnees is as follows :
  • more than 30 days before departure : 77 €
  • between 30 and 21 days before : 25% of the amount due
  • between 20 and 8 days before : 50% of the amount due
  • between 7 and 2 days before : 75% of the amount due
  • less than 2 days before : 100% of the amount due
If for reasons outside our control, we have to cancel a trip, we will offer you a replacement trip or we will reimburse the total amount that you have paid. However no compensatory indemnity will be paid.
 
FORMALITIES :
 Throughout his stay each participant must be fulfill any police or health formalities that are required. All the practical information given at hte beginning of this pamphlet are just indications and do not engage our responsability. If the participant breaks any rules then he must assume the responsability for this and will have to pay any charges that are due.
 
RESPONSIBILITY :
 Because of the particuler nature of our trips, each participant must follow the advice and instructions of the guide. The association can not be held responsible for any incidents, accidents or injuries which are the result of a rash personal initiative
